The Wells County Early Learning Center of Caylor-Nickel Foundation Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Infant Teacher Assistant who is enthusiastic, organized, and compassionate with a strong desire to positively impact the lives of infant children.
Under the supervision of the Early Learning Lead Teacher, the Infant Teacher Assistant will help plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for an assigned group of infants and be responsible for their care.
They will also help develop friendly and positive relationships among staff, volunteers, parents, and promote a healthy, emotional, social, intellectual, and physical environment of each child.
Within one year of hire, the Infant Teacher Assistant will need to have 20 consecutive hours of training; this is an annual requirement.
PAY RATE DETAILS
Starting pay range: $9.25 to $9.75 depending on experience

Monday through Friday
12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Minimum of 21 years of age.
Reliable transportation to attend work.
Experience working with infant children.
Organized, creative, consistent, compassionate.
Able to fulfill all demands in spirit, mind, and body as a teachers assistant for the early learning center.
