JOB SUMMARY

The Parkview Family YMCA is seeking an energetic and responsible part-time Manager on Duty to join our team.

Under the supervision of the Membership Director, the Manager on Duty (MOD) ensures the smooth operation of the branch as the supervisor in the absence of the Executive Director and other members of the management team.

Through the proactive and personable leadership of the MOD, they inspire a welcoming and mission-centered atmosphere in the facility as they monitor programs and activities, respond to member needs, help with tours, ensure the safety of the members and security of the facility.

 

PAY RATE DETAILS

Starting pay range: $9.50 to $10 depending on experience

Hours Available at the Parkview Family YMCA 10001 Dawsons Creek Blvd, FW IN 46825:

  • Monday through Friday evenings 6 p.m. - 10:15 p.m. 
  • Weekends.

 

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Reliable transportation to attend work.
  • Able to fulfill all demands and skills in spirit, mind, and body for the manager on duty in accordance with YMCA standards.
  • Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Attentive to details, organized, able to handle money effectively, proficient at other clerical and computer skills.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with diverse members in regard to age, abilities, ethnicity, gender, race, economic status, religion, etc.
  • A team player committed to contributing to the welcoming culture, mission, and values of the YMCA.
